Board of Directors and Home Owners (Members) MeetingsThe Board of Directors of the Association consists of (3) members whose terms expire after three years. The terms for each director are continuously staggered, one Director being elected at each annual meeting of the Members.
There shall be an annual Homeowners meeting of the Association and shall designate one of its members to serve as Chairperson and President, one member to serve as Secretary and one member to serve as Treasurer until the time of the next following meeting. The annual meeting to be held within the first three months of each new year, usually between February and March. Residents are asked to attend meetings to provide their input and voice any concerns. You will be notified in advance as to the time and place for the next meeting. We regularly send out letters to keep neighbors informed about the subdivision interests and activities. Waste Management will provide a 96 gallon trash bin and recycle bin free of charge. One bulky item per month is allowed at no charge. A special pickup can be arranged at additional costs to the homeowner by calling them at (800) 989-2783 or (800) 964-8988. Christmas trees are picked up with the regular trash pickup on Mondays the first two weeks of January. Trees must be cleared of all lights, ornaments and decoration. If you feel that the larger trash bins are not needed, you can contact them at (800) 964-8988. |
